A PhD (1985) in Geography from the University of Delhi, Dr. Singh has been teaching Geography to undergraduate and postgraduate students since 1976. He has also published a number of books from leading publishing houses. Jitender Saroha: Jitender Saroha is currently Joint Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi. A PhD in Geography from the University of Delhi, Delhi, Dr. Saroha was earlier teaching at B.R. Ambedkar College (University of Delhi), Delhi as Associate Professor.
