Product can be returned to us within 10 days free of charge (except any intimate product) from the date of delivery. You are liable to return the product, in case of the following scenarios:
- Wrong product shipped that does not match the order item (except any intimate product).
- Manufacturing defects in the product. (Printing issues, Binding issues etc in case of books)
Provided the product should be intact, with original packaging at the time of returning the product and the return request should be placed within 24-48 hrs. from the time of delivery with the photos of the defective product attached in E-mail. Once the product is received back by us you can either request for replacement or refund.
Once the product is returned to us, refund will be initiated to source account.
Depending on the Mode of payment (Netbanking, Debit card, credit card, UPI and wallets) the amount will be refunded back in 5-7 working days. (Excluding Holidays)

In case Cash paid at the time of delivery, Banking Account details will be requested to refund the amount (Bank Acc No, IFSC etc)
Order can be cancelled anytime from the time order placed online before it is dispatched from the origin city.
Cancellation intimation can be placed directly from the Myaccount section by Navigating to Home ->Your account ->Order history and sending Message to us.You can also call us +91 9344562268 or send E-mail to email@example.com by providing Order ID.
Once the cancellation request is received the order will be cancelled immediately and in case the amount is already paid for the order the refund process is initiated in 24-48 hrs. and the amount will get credited back into source account in 5-7 working days
