• The products mentioned with the seller's warranty is the warranty provided by the seller and the warranty shall be claimed only to appropriate seller.
• For products under seller warranty, the product has to be sent back to the seller address during the warranty period at the cost of buyer.
• For items under Manufacturer warranty, the product has to be taken to the respective service center.
• During warranty, if the item undergoes any form of physical, liquid or electrical damage or opened, the warranty will be void.
• Loss of the warranty statement will also terminate warranty. So please keep a copy of it.
• The Replacement can be claimed in the following cases
  • Item is different from what you ordered.
  • Received a damaged/ nonfunctional item.
• The Replacement of the product is done only when the,
  • Product is returned in same state as delivered to customer, if found damage due to bad postal service or other reasons the products cannot be replaced.
  • The product damage intimation should be given to Madras shoppe at https://madrasshoppe.com/contact-us/ or by calling at +91 934 456 2268 within 24 hrs of delivery otherwise the replacement cannot be done.
• The replacement is done within 10 days after the Product Check.
• Any missing accessories to be reported within 24 hrs of receving the parcel.
• The ordered products may sometimes not be delivered within the specified number of days due to unexpected problems with the postal service.
